Using this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but make no guarantee that every page is current or complete.
Engagements and scope
Every project is governed by a written proposal setting out deliverables, timelines and fees. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies.
Fees and payment
Setup fees are invoiced before work begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and messaging fees are billed at cost.
Cancellation
Monthly retainers run month to month after any agreed minimum term and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you, along with the domains, hosting and platform accounts set up in your name.
Results
We commit to method and effort, not to specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
